Fish Soup

Fish is a necessity for human health, because omega produced by fish is very high and has a great effect on human health, especially for children. and various ways that we can make our food menu more delicious and interesting with the main ingredients being fish soup.



  • Ingredient
  • 1 lb of fish,
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ of chopped bell pepper
  • 4 chopped stalks celery
  • 5 sprigs of minced spring onions
  • 12 cups of hot water
  • 3 large fish stock cubes
  • 2 chopped carrots
  • 2 corn on the cob
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 Suriname Yellow Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Goya Complete Seasoning
  • 1/4 vermicelli
  • pinch of turmeric
  • tomato paste




Method :

  • Clean the fish
  • Cut the fish into small pieces and wash in a little water with the lemon juice.
  • Drain the water.
  • Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into small cubes.
  • Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the onion, garlic and peppers until soft.
  • Add celery leaves, spring onion, water, bouillon cubes, carrot, corn on the cob, potatoes, yellow pepper and Goya Complete Seasoning and cook on a medium heat until the potatoes are almost tender.
  • Add the fish and noodles and cook for a few minutes.
  • Give the soup a nice color with the turmeric and tomato paste.
  • Remove the yellow pepper.
  • Finally Ready To serve.
