Omurice
This cuisine comes from Japanese country, it is very easy to make and taste delicious. Not too much trouble to make it, the materials are also very easy to find.

Mixed Rice
Ingredients :
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 tablespoon of butter
1/4 onion, cut into small pieces
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 sausage, cut into coins, halved
1 plate of rice
Seasoning Rice
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-2 eggs (depending on size)
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of cooking oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
Sauce :
Tomato sauce to taste
Method :
- Heat the cooking oil and put onion and stir-fry until the onions change color.
- Enter the sausage and seasoning.
- Cook briefly until the sausage is cooked (not too long until the onions are charred).
- Enter the rice and butter, mix well.
- When the rice is hot enough, turn off the heat.
- Beat the eggs until white and yellow together, add salt.
- Heat a skillet, add butter and cooking oil.
- Fry the eggs until half cooked.
- When the egg is half cooked, add cooked rice over the egg, on one side.
- Fold the other side of the egg covering the top of the rice.
- Move the Omurice to the plate, give tomato sauce on the top
Omurice is ready to serve.
