Ingredients :
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- Vanilla cake to taste
- Banana to taste
- Chocolate sauce to taste
Crepes ingredients :
- 250 g of flour
- 3 eggs
- 400 ml of liquid milk
- 100 ml of coconut milk
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 2 drops of yellow dye
- Cream ingredients:
- 250 ml of thick cream
- 20 g of refined sugar
Method :
- Mix all ingredients of crepes, stir until blended.
- Cook crepes dough.
- Mix thick cream with refined sugar on ice.
- Place the crepes dough on a serving plate, then vanilla sponge, spread the cream, place the banana, then wrap it in the refrigerator.
- Brush chocolate sauce.
- Serve it.
