Soup Quail Egg
1500 ml of water
5 btr red onion, thinly sliced
4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
2 blocks of beef broth
20 pcs raw egg quail
200 gr bokcoy, cut 3 cm
5 pcs of beef sausage, cut 1 cm
Salt to taste

How to make :
- Bring the water with garlic, red onion. Add the beef cow block, stirring until boiling.
