Tomato Baby Puree Recipe
The ingredients (for about 650g) :
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 beautiful carrots
- 2 medium potatoes
- little salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoonful of heavy cream (or other : fresh square, butter, olive oil …)
Directions :
- Peel and seed the tomatoes.
- Cut them into pieces and put them in the pan.
- Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots, then add them to the tomatoes.
- Cover with water and cook for 35′
- Drain and mix
- Add the cream and mix.
