Tomato Baby Puree Recipe

The ingredients (for about 650g) :

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 beautiful carrots
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • little salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoonful of heavy cream (or other : fresh square, butter, olive oil …)

Directions :

  1. Peel and seed the tomatoes.
  2. Cut them into pieces and put them in the pan.
  3. Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots, then add them to the tomatoes.
  4. Cover with water and cook for 35′
  5. Drain and mix
  6. Add the cream and mix.
