Cucumber Baby Puree Recipe

The ingredients (for about 500g) :

  • 1 good cucumber
  • 1 large potato
  • 2 or 3 carrots (depending on their size)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Thick cream

The preparation :

  1. Peel the potatoes and carrots, wash them and dice them.
  2. Peel and seed the cucumber.
  3. Put all the vegetables in the Dutch oven, cover with water and cook for 35 ‘, cold start.
  4. Drain, mix and season.
  5. Add 1 to 2 tbsp of heavy cream and mix well.
