Cucumber Baby Puree Recipe
The ingredients (for about 500g) :
- 1 good cucumber
- 1 large potato
- 2 or 3 carrots (depending on their size)
- Salt and pepper
- Thick cream
The preparation :
- Peel the potatoes and carrots, wash them and dice them.
- Peel and seed the cucumber.
- Put all the vegetables in the Dutch oven, cover with water and cook for 35 ‘, cold start.
- Drain, mix and season.
- Add 1 to 2 tbsp of heavy cream and mix well.
