Apple and Rhubarb Combi Puree

This puree is perfect because the taste of the carrot is really soft.

The ingredients (for about 600g) :

  • 4 apples
  • 1 beautiful stem of rhubarb

Directions :

  1. Peel the skin of the rhubarb.
  2. Wash the stem and cut it into small sections.
  3. Peel, wash and cut the apples into pieces.
  4. Put the fruit in a saucepan, add a little water if necessary and leave it to stew on low heat for 15 ‘, stirring regularly.
  5. Let cool and mix.
  6. Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
