Apple and Rhubarb Combi Puree
This puree is perfect because the taste of the carrot is really soft.
The ingredients (for about 600g) :
- 4 apples
- 1 beautiful stem of rhubarb
Directions :
- Peel the skin of the rhubarb.
- Wash the stem and cut it into small sections.
- Peel, wash and cut the apples into pieces.
- Put the fruit in a saucepan, add a little water if necessary and leave it to stew on low heat for 15 ‘, stirring regularly.
- Let cool and mix.
- Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
