Bake Mushroom Zucchini
This zucchini dish is very popular and is usually served for the noble family in ancient times.
Ingredients
- 1 medium zucchini with a weight of two hundred seventy-five grams.
- one oyster mushroom or king oyster weighing eighty grams of chopped.
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
- one small rosemary rod.
- 4 tablespoons of parmesan or cheddar cheese.
- pepper and salt to taste.
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
Method
- Preheat the oven in advance with a temperature of one hundred and sixty degrees Celsius with a forced fan or a normal one hundred and eighty degrees Celsius.
- While waiting for the oven to heat, split the zucchini in half lengthwise and then make a hole in the middle.
- In a frying pan, heat the cooking oil, then saute the garlic until it smells fragrant.
- Enter the rosemary leaves and mushrooms, then stir until mushrooms become tender.
- Add pepper and salt, stir back until cooked and then turn off the heat.
- Using a spoon, put the stir in the zucchini that has been punched in the middle.
- Next, sprinkle the cheese over the zucchini stuffing, then cover using aluminum foil.
- Bake zucchini in the oven for about fifteen minutes.
- Open the lid of aluminum foil and bake it back within five minutes.
