Every day eat the same breakfast like cereal, oatmeal or bread was a boring breakfast. Bored with your breakfast every day, teach you substitute your boring breakfast using potato.

Easy to make and using simple ingredients. Even if you are in a dorm. No more boring breakfast if you make this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 300 gr Potatoes (cut into small cube)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped Parsley (can be replace with other fresh herbal)
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder (optional)

Instruction:

  • Preheat the oven to 400ºF or 200ºC.
  • Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix well
  • Place the potatoes onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes or until soft and golden brown
  • Serve your breakfast potatoes immediately.

Note:

  • You don’t need to peel the potatoes if you don’t want to, especially if you use organic potatoes.
  • Feel free to use any kind of potatoes.
  • You can customize your breakfast potatoes recipe by adding your favorite herbs or spices. You could also add fresh parsley or any other fresh herb just before serving. No more boring breakfast.
  • You could also replace garlic powder for fresh garlic or onion powder.
  • For you don’t have oven, you can steam the potatoes until soft and place them in a skillet with all the remaining ingredients. Then mix until well combined and fry without oil until golden brown.
