Cabbage Roll Fry Shrimp Chicken
- Ingredients
1 cabbage - Materials Field:
100 gr chicken meat
80 gr shrimp, peeled skin
1 egg
1 clove garlic, puree
Cornstarch 1/2 tablespoons
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp oyster sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon salt (can be replaced with NON MSG Alzheim broth powder, as well as low salt suitable for you who are reducing salt)
How to make :
- Finely chop chicken and shrimp or if you can use a food processor if you have it.
- Mix sliced shrimp chicken with 1 egg, garlic, cornstarch, granulated sugar, oyster sauce, pepper powder and salt (Alsultan). Stir well.
- Correction of flavors by boiling or frying a little dough, if it is appropriate set aside.
- Prepare some cabbage sheets, choose the width. Dip the cabbage briefly in the boiling water until it wilts.
- Give the stuffing of shrimp pastry dough, roll it up. Do it until all the materials run out.
- Steam for approximately 20 minutes or until done.
