GCC-Vegetable Dish (Green Beans, Carrot and Corn)
Easy to make, delicious and healthy dish. You can find the ingredient so easy. Green beans, Carrot and corn are my favorite vegetable, I make this recipe three times a week. This GCC-vegetable dish so easy to make and just a fiew second you can enjoy them.
Ingredient for GCC-Vegetable Dish:
5-10 Green Beans, wash and cut into small pieces
1 Medium Carrot, wash and cut into small pieces (small Carrot more delicious)
1 Small Fresh Sweet Corn, shredded (You can also use canned corn)
1 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Cm Ginger, minced
1-2 Shallot, minced
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil (or You can use olive oil)
Salt to taste
How to make GCC-Vegetable Dish
Wash and dry GCC-Vegetables in a perforated bowl, peel the skin and cute into pieces.
Preheat your pan over medium heat, add 1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil or olive oil
Stir the garlic, shallot and ginger till smell is good
Add in carrot slices stir well about 1-2 minute
Add in the corn stir well
Add in the green beans slices stir well
Now you can seasoning with some salt stir well (You can also add some paper if you like)
Your GCC-Vegetable Dish ready to serve.
