Ingredients

  • 600g Piece of fresh tuna
  • 2 limes
  • 250g Cherry Tomatoes (mixture of yellows and reds)
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1/2 bunch of Coriander
  • Salt and pepper (1/2 tsp Pepper)
  • 0.75 dl of Coconut milk

Directions

  1. Put the piece of tuna on a board. Cut slices about 1/2 cm thick, then dice, also 1/2 cm thick. The goal is that the pieces are not too small either, we do not want the drum. Put in a dish.Exotic tuna tart
