1. Soda

2. Salt

3. Lemon

Put the dish in the oven at 200 degrees for ten minutes. Because of the heat, the juice will evaporate and the fat that has accumulated will come loose. Get a shiny result? Clean the walls with a cloth and repeat several times.

4. Vinegar
You can also use vinegar as a another option. Make a vinegar-water mixture (1/4 cup of vinegar to 1 cup of water). Let the mixture steam for about 45 minutes in a fireproof dish at 100 degrees in the oven. Then you will be able to easily remove all dried-up food !

5. Ammonia
If your cookwares are still stubborn dirt remains in the oven, then you can try it sometime with ammonia and green soap.

First, fill a baking dish with 4/5 boiling water and 1/5 ammonia and spread the stubborn spots with green soap.

Place the dish in the oven, close the door and let the mixture ‘steam’ for an hour and a half. Then you will see that all fat residues are gradually coming loose and you can wipe the oven clean with a cloth. Tip: Ventilate your kitchen well after cleaning with ammonia so that the ammonia vapors do not get stuck.

The last, we would also like to give some useful tips about what you should not do ! Please don’t use iron sponges and scrapers, it’s not only remove dirt but can also leave nasty scratches in your oven. Never mix different polishes together to clean your oven, this can cause an unpleasant chemical reaction.
