Ingredients
- 500 grams of sticky rice.
- 500 ml of coconut milk (from ½ coconut).
- 2 tsp salt.
- 2 pieces of pandan leaves, conclude.
- young banana leaves, to taste.

200 grams of minced meat
400 grams of minced chicken meat
5 onions
3 cloves of garlic
2 tsp coriander
½ teaspoon cumin
1 tbsp salt
200 ml thick coconut milk
brown sugar, to taste
1 tbsp of acidic water
right amount of oil
2 bay leaves
1 slice of galangal, crushed
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
Method
- Glutinous rice washed and then soaked 1 hour.
- Steamed half cooked, diaron with coconut milk, salt, and pandan leaves then steamed again until cooked.
- Blend all spices except bay leaves, galangal, and lemongrass, stir-fry with cooking oil.
- Enter the minced meat, chopped chicken and saute until wilted, pour the coconut milk little by little, last the acid water.
- Cook until the meat is cooked perfectly, try not to get too dry.
- Take some sticky rice and fill it with meat.
- Finally wrap with banana leaves.
- Wait until cook and serve.
