Steamed Fish with Black Bean Sauce
If you are a hardcore non-vegetarian, then try this light and healthy vinaigrette salad.
Ingredients
Thick fish fillet: 4
Sea salt
Ground pepper
Chinese salted black bean paste with a little sake:4 tablespoons
Sake: 8 tablespoons
Fresh ginger peeled
Fresh chives: 1 bunch
Oil: 6 tablespoons
Sesame oil: 2 teaspoons

Method
To steam the fish, the thick fillets must be topped with black bean. Then place the fillets on a pan and steam it on high flame for 15-20 minutes till it is cooked thoroughly. While the fish is steaming peel the ginger and cut them into small thin pieces. Simultaneously in a small pan smoke the sesame oil and olive oil and once it starts sizzling pour it over the top of the fish.
