This is not a best recipe, but this otak – otak with peanut sauce is really delicious. You will love the taste.
Ingredients :
- 300 gr fresh mackerel fish meat (finely minced)
- 100 g of corn starch were of good quality
- 1 egg
- 1 stalk scallion pods (thinly sliced)
- 30 ml thick coconut milk
- 3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
- 5 red onions (puree)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon fine salt
- enough to boil water
- oil for frying to taste
Sauce material :
Peanut sauce that is already ready to taste, I use “Wijko”
Directions:
1. Combine mackerel meat that has been finely ground with corn starch
2. Pour the coconut milk, scallion enter pods also seasoning mashed

4. Knead all ingredients by hand until the dough becomes smooth
