Beef Flavor Spicy
Ingredients :
- 500 grams of oxtail, cut to taste
Soy sauce, to taste
Honey, to taste
5 cm ginger
2 orange leaves
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
1 liter of water
Ground spices:
- 10 chili pepper
7 cloves of garlic
4 cloves of red onion
1 tsp coriander
1/2 teaspoon cumin, roasted,
Pepper
Other Materials:
- Red sugar, to taste
- Powdered meat broth, to taste
- Salt to taste
- Right amount of oil.
Method
- Sauteed spices that have been smoothed until the aroma is fragrant. If so, insert the oxtail. Add sweet soy sauce, lemongrass, orange leaves, ginger, honey and water.
- Cook the oxtail until all the spices permeate well into it. Cook until the water to cook the tail is reduced.
- If the tail has softened and the spices soak, lift and drain.
- Next, burn with a combustion tool.
- In order to taste more delicious, bush the tail with sweet soy sauce and fried onion pieces.
- Burn until the ripe tail is perfectly blackish.
- Immediately serve while warm with white rice and fried onions and vegetables.
