Ingredients :

  • 500 grams of oxtail, cut to taste
    Soy sauce, to taste
    Honey, to taste
    5 cm ginger
    2 orange leaves
    2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
    1 liter of water

Ground spices:

  • 10 chili pepper
    7 cloves of garlic
    4 cloves of red onion
    1 tsp coriander
    1/2 teaspoon cumin, roasted,
    Pepper

Other Materials:

  • Red sugar, to taste
  • Powdered meat broth, to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Right amount of oil.

Method

  1. Sauteed spices that have been smoothed until the aroma is fragrant. If so, insert the oxtail. Add sweet soy sauce, lemongrass, orange leaves, ginger, honey and water.
  2. Cook the oxtail until all the spices permeate well into it. Cook until the water to cook the tail is reduced.
