Bulgogi Korean Cuisine
Ingredients
2 pounds of sirloin meat, thinly sliced
3 cloves of garlic, geprek and finely chopped
3 cloves of shallots, cut into fine pieces
1 piece of onion, finely cut
1/3 cup sweet soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons of honey
Black pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 head of lettuce
How to make :
- On the back of the blade, sliced with thin meat until tender.
- A bowl containing ingredients, and mixed flat and thick.
- Pour the spices into the marinade of the meat, and mix with the hands and Make sure the meat should be coated with the marinade.
- Wrap with plastic and let stand for 1 hour.
- Cook the meat in 1 layer on the Hibachi table or stove.
- In a different bowl, combine sugar and gochujang.
- Put the sesame oil into the mixture.
- Serve with lettuce leaves and gochujang mixture.
