Crab Oyster Sauce
Ingredients
- 5 large crabs are still fresh
3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
6 tablespoons oyster sauce
½ teaspoon pepper powder
Cayenne pepper, puree
Sugar to taste
Salt to taste

- 6 onion grains
3 cloves of garlic

1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
2 cm galangal, crushing
3 bay leaves, clean

Method
- Clean the crab first you prepare until completely clean.

- Make a fine spice of onion, garlic and ginger with a flavor or blend in accordance with your individual taste.
- Prepare the pan and heat the oil, then you input the spices smooth and stir-fry until the smell of fragrant typical cuisine. Do not forget to add lemon grass, galangal and also bay leaves. Add also a little water in your cooking and wait until it boils.
- Take the crab that has been cut before you put in the stir-fry seasoning.
- Add some other ingredients such as tomato sauce, oyster sauce and cayenne peppers that have been mashed. Stir well evenly.
- Add also some flavoring spices such as sugar, salt and flavor. Continue to stir until cooked.
- Once cooked you can turn off the fire and remove the dish.
- Serve on a plate while still warm.
