Recipe Mediterranean Lamb Chops
Ingredients
10 pieces of lamb chops
3 cloves of garlic (thinly sliced)
1 tsp fresh rosemary leaves
3tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
2. tsp lemon peel (grated)
2 tbsp salt
1 teaspoon black pepper (crude)
Method
- For spices, add garlic, rosemary leaves, thyme leaves, lemon peel, salt and black pepper and puree the ingredients until smooth.
- Take the pieces of lamb chops before, then sprinkle with spices that have been smooth.
- Enter and refrigerate in the refrigerator lamb chops that have been sprinkled with spices last about 6 hours or can overnight.
- After that, roast the meat on the embers of the fire or wood until cooked and the meat turns brown, lift.
- Give a rosemary leaf ornament and thyme leaves if present.
- Serve.
