Stroberi Fruit Cake
Ingredients
70 grams of wheat flour
15 grams of milk powder
3 egg whites
100 grams of sugar
1/2 tablespoon emulsifier (sp / tbm)
8 egg yolks
25 grams of cornstarch
100 grams of margarine

Method Make Input Material:
- Before making the dough cake would be better if we fruits stuffing stuff, This method can be done by first melting white cooked chocolate in a heated skillet. After that, remove and set aside in the container to become cooler at room temperature.

- Pour chocolate into it and strawberry jam. Then set aside in the refrigerator.
How To Make Dough Ingredients:
- To make the dough can be done by melting the butter in the frying pan until evenly melted.
- Then beat the egg together with the emulsifier and also the sugar. Stir all of these ingredients evenly using a mixer until it expands and is softer.
- After that, put the flour along with other dry ingredients ie mazeina flour and milk powder. Stir all these ingredients evenly.
Stir back until all of these ingredients become mixed. - Pour the dough in two pans with a diameter of 20 cm and a height of 4 cm which had previously been smeared using margarine.
- Then bake in the oven for 25 minutes below 190 degrees until cooked and brownish.
