Recipes Chocolate Crepes

A really good dish for the weekend with family. Crepes which are processed with three kinds of chocolate, cream and strawberry as a supplement can make family gathering more meaningful. let’s learn together and provide all seasonings like the one below:

Ingredients :

• 100 g of flour
• 30 g of powdered chocolate
• 1 tablespoon of sugar
• 3 eggs
• 350 ml of liquid milk
• 75 g of butter

Chocolate cream ingredients:

• 400 ml of chocolate liquid milk
• 100 g of sugar
• 75 g of cornstarch
• 1 tablespoon of butter

Method :

1. Mix flour, cocoa powder and sugar.
2. Add eggs, liquid milk, and melted butter, mix well.
3. Cook the dough until it becomes crepes.
4. To make chocolate cream, mix chocolate milk, sugar, cornstarch, and butter, then cook until thickened.
5. Pour the chocolate cream over the crepes mixture, flatten, fold the crepes into triangles.
6. Serve with whipped cream, strawberries, chocolate sauce, and almonds
