Tofu Crispy
2 know white big size, steamed and then diced
¾ flour
2 tsp baking powder
Chicken broth to taste
Salt and oil to taste
Spices :
1 pack of chicken stock
4 cloves of garlic, puree
2 cm turmeric, puree
Salt and coriander powder to taste
Enough water
Method :
- Pieces of tofu are put into the spices that have been mashed.
- Stir slowly until smooth.
- Then let stand for about 10-20 minutes. Enter into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Make dough by mixing flour, backing powder, chicken broth also salt.
- Take the tofu, dip it in the flour dough until wrapped flat.
- Fried until brownish yellow, then lift and ready to serve.
