COCOCRUNCH with Melted Chocolate

 

cocoCococrunch with melted chocolate is a simple snack that you can make in a few minutes with your kids to get best family time. Very easy to make with ingredients that you can find on your kitchen like; cococrunch, color cooking chocolate, and any topping you like can be add. Just melted some cooking chocolate over boiling water than you can pour in the cococrunch stir well. You will need some paper cup to serve the snack on it. Then sprinkle some colorful sprinkle (jimmies) or nuts as topping.

 

Notes :

Once the liquid chocolate is cold, it will very easily harden. So you should be quick to sprinkle the toppings. Otherwise it won’t stick and strewn.

Ingredient for Cococrunch with melted chocolate;

  • 100 gr Dark Cooking Chocolate (I use dark chocolate, but you can use any color as you like)
  • 200 gr Cococrunch (You can also replace cococrunch with corn flake)
  • Some Sprinkle (Can be change with your favorite topping such as nut, almond, or without topping can be good enough)

 

Preparation to make Cococrunch with melted chocolate;

  • Boil water in a pan while you prepare the serving paper.
  • Arrange the serving paper in a tray according to the desired amount. This aims to facilitate and speed up the process later. Because when the chocolate is cold it is very easy to harden.
  • Prepare a big mixing bowl and spatula

 

ccHow to make Cococrunch with melted chocolate:

  • Melt dark cooking chocolate over boiling water that you prepare before.
    Strir wel until melt well.
  • Pour in the cococrunch and stir until well combine
  • Using a spoon you can put in the cococrunch to serving paper quickly
  • And add some sprinkle on top (or no need to add a sprinkle if you don’t like sweetness)
  • Let it set and you can store in an airtight container on cool place or keep it in the refrigerator for more delicious snack.
