Ingredients for Coconut Bounty Bounty Ball Dessert Recipe : Dry coconut, Condensed Milk and Cooking Chocolate.

I use fresh coconut, choose a good one not too old and not too young. Old coconut texture not good enough for this recipe, its good to make milk coconut. Either too young coconut cannot be grate well.

Peel the coconut skin to get a good white color. And grate well not too rough. We need smooth texture for this recipe.

Roast or cook on dry pan over low heat until the juice reduce and the coconut dry. But not too dry or change color. So you must control the heat and keep stir during cooking.

Let the coconut cool. Once it cool you can add some condensed milk gradually, keep stir till you can make shape. Make a ball shape or bar shape keep aside and let it set in refrigerator.

Now we can melt the chocolate over a bowl of boiling water.

Time to decorate your coconut bounty ball dessert with the melted chocolate. You can also use another color of chocolate or you can add some nuts or dry fruits on top.
