Egg Butter Baby Puree
This baby puree is easy to make. A little puree that my darlings love !
The ingredients (always for 500 to 600g of puree) :
- 1 beautiful eggplant
- 1 large potato
- 2 or 3 carrots
- Salt and pepper
- Butter
The Preparation :
- Cut the ends of the eggplant and peel it.
- Wash and dice it.
- Peel the potato and the carrots, wash them and also dice them.
- Put all the vegetables in the oven, cover with water and put on medium heat at the start then low heat (when it boils) for 35 ‘.
- Drain and mix.
- Season with salt, pepper and add a nice knob of butter.
- Your egg butter baby Puree is ready now.
