Mushroom Baby Puree
It’s easy to serve baby puree for your baby and your baby will love the taste.
The ingredients (for about 500g of puree) :
- 200g button mushrooms
- 1 large potato
- 2 – 3 carrots (depending on their size)
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh cream
The preparation :
- Cut the stems of the mushrooms, clean the heads well and mince them into strips.
- Peel the potato and carrots, wash and dice them.
- Put everything in the oven, cover with water and cook for 35 ‘.
- At the end of time, drain (always keeping a little broth in the case but normally here, not worth it, the mash should be quite smooth)
- Mix everything, add 1 tbsp heavy cream.
- Salt and pepper.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning as well as the dosage of the cream in case the mushroom is too pronounced according to taste.
- Your Mushroom Baby Puree is ready to serving.
