Meatball Soup
Ingredients
- 300 gr of ground beef
1 egg, shake off
¼ tsp powdered nutmeg
½ tsp powder powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp margarine
3 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
½ tsp powder powder
600 ml of beef broth
carrots, sliced 75 gr
75 gr beans, cut 1 cm
75 gr of sweet corn pipel
50 grams of ear mushrooms, sliced

1 spring onion, sliced 1 cm
How to make:
- Mix ground beef, eggs, nutmeg powder, pepper and salt, mix well. Take 1 tbsp of dough, poke the balls. Steam until cooked and Lift.
