Shrimp Mayonaise
Ingredients
Material:
500 gr large shrimp, clean head and skin, set aside
1 egg whites, shake off
100 gr of cornstarch
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon sesrai ready to use sesrai
Sauce Material:
4 tbsp mayonaise
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon water
white sweetened condensed milk 1 tbsp
Method
- Mix shrimp with cornstarch, salt and freshly ground pepper, leave for 5 minutes, then put in egg whites. Fry in the oil a lot until yellowish, remove and set aside.
- Mix all sauce ingredients until well blended. Pour over the fried shrimp, then stir until well blended. Sprinkle with roasted sesame, and serve immediately.
