Spinach Baby Puree Recipe
The ingredients (for about 550g) :
- 150g of spinach in frozen branches
- 1 large potato
- 2 or 3 carrots
- Salt and pepper
- 1 or 2 tbsp fresh cream
The preparation :
- Peel, lift and cut the potato and diced carrots.
- Put in the oven, cover with water and cook over medium heat for 30 ‘.
- During cooking, add spinach as indicated on the bag (for cooking time)
- Drain and mix.
- Season and add the cream.
