Exotic Tuna Tart Recipes

Ingredients
- 600g Piece of fresh tuna
- 2 limes
- 250g Cherry Tomatoes (mixture of yellows and reds)
- 1 small Red onion
- 1/2 bunch of Coriander
- Salt and pepper (1/2 tsp Pepper)
- 0.75 dl of Coconut milk
Directions
- Put the piece of tuna on a board. Cut slices about 1/2 cm thick, then dice, also 1/2 cm thick. The goal is that the pieces are not too small either, we do not want the drum. Put in a dish.
- Squeeze the limes and pour the juice over the tuna. Mix. Put in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the cherry tomatoes in 2, then again in 2, then again in 2. So in 8 what :-).
- Chop the red onion. Finely chop the coriander. Take the tuna out of the refrigerator after 10 minutes. It will already be a little cooked.
